Walls and wall coverings try-on
In the walls and wall coverings try-on, the customer uploads a photo of the wall and sees the covering from the page applied to it. They can compare color and texture in their real space before buying.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The product must be active in the catalog as walls and wall coverings, with the same link as the store page.
- The product photo must show the covering clearly. See Product photo requirements.
- The Home installation code is the same for furniture, walls and flooring. See Installation.
What the customer sees
Section titled “What the customer sees”-
Wall photo. The window shows Escolha o Ambiente (Choose the room) and the tip Selecione ou envie uma foto da parede (Select or upload a photo of the wall). On a phone, Tirar Foto (Take photo) opens the rear camera. The customer can also pick a photo from the gallery.

Check and generate. The Visualizar na Parede (Preview on the wall) screen shows the covering and the photo side by side. The customer taps Visualizar com PROVEI AI (Preview with PROVEI AI), or Voltar (Back) to change the photo.

Result. The customer sees the wall with the covering applied, with buttons to try again, download, share, view full screen and buy.
This try-on has no area marking, so the photo should clearly feature the wall the customer wants to cover.
The generate button can show your brand name instead of PROVEI AI. Set the name in Experiência na loja › Marca (In-store experience › Brand), in the Nome que aparece no provador (Name shown in the try-on) field.
Buy from the result
Section titled “Buy from the result”The result button shows Adicionar ao Carrinho (Add to cart) when the store’s platform allows adding straight to the cart. Otherwise, it takes the customer to the product page. See Cart doesn’t add the product if something doesn’t work.
Result rating
Section titled “Result rating”If rating is turned on, the customer rates the image with Gostei (I liked it) or Não gostei (I didn’t like it) right below the result. See Rating (CSAT).
Frequently asked questions
Can the customer choose which wall to apply the covering to?
This try-on has no area marking. The customer should upload a photo where the wall they want stands out.
Does the result show how much covering is needed?
No. The result is a visual preview of the finish in the room. Measurements and quantities stay on the product page.
