Size guide on the product page

The Guia de medidas (Size guide) is a link on the product page that opens that product’s size chart. The customer checks the measurements for each size, in centimeters, without leaving the page.

What the customer sees

1. On the product page, the customer clicks the Guia de medidas link (or the text you set).
2. A window opens with the size chart: one row per size and one column per measurement.
3. The customer closes the window and goes back to the product.

What the product needs

• To be active in the catalog, with the correct Link do produto na loja (Product link in the store).
• A linked size chart, with sizes selected and measurements filled in. See Link size charts to products.
• The Guia de medidas link must be turned on in Experiência na loja › Elementos › Medidas e tamanho (In-store experience › Elements › Measurements and size) and published. See Measurements and size in the store.

Any measurement basis works in the Guia de medidas, including Somente exibição (Display only).

Change what the guide shows

• To change values, measurements or sizes, edit the chart in Produtos › Tabelas de medidas (Products › Size charts). The change applies to every product that uses the chart.
• To change which sizes a product shows, open the product and adjust Tamanhos aplicáveis (Applicable sizes) in the Tamanhos e medidas (Sizes and measurements) card.
• To change the link’s text, icon or position, use Experiência na loja › Elementos › Medidas e tamanho.

Tip

Column labels appear to the customer exactly as you wrote them. Use clear names, such as “Busto” or “Comprimento”, and avoid abbreviations.

The link doesn’t show up

• Check that the product has a linked chart and selected sizes.
• Check that the product is active in Produtos › Catálogo (Products › Catalog).
• Check that the link is turned on and that you published your changes in Experiência na loja.

Frequently asked questions

Can I show the size guide without offering a size recommendation?

Yes. Turn on only the Guia de medidas (Size guide) link in Experiência na loja (In-store experience). For charts that are only for reference, use the Somente exibição (Display only) basis.

Does the guide show every size in the chart?

It shows the sizes you selected on the product. That way, each product shows only the sizes it's sold in.
