Room try-on loader

For the room try-on (furniture, flooring and walls), the Instalação (Installation) screen recommends the Carregador com verificação (Verified loader). It checks the account before loading the try-on and warns in the browser console if something goes wrong.

The code

Copy the ready-made code from the Instalação screen. It has this shape, with your account ID in the two marked places:

Paste the code once, in the layout used by every page, right before </body>. Don’t edit the script’s contents.

What the loader does

• Checks the ID. If data-provei-user-id isn’t a valid ID, the try-on doesn’t load and the loader fires the reverbs:error event. Nothing shows in the console in this case: copy the code again from the Instalação screen.
• Prevents duplicate installs. If the same code is already on the page, the loader reuses the try-on that is already loading.
• Blocks codes from different accounts. If the page already has a try-on from another account, the second one doesn’t load and the loader logs a warning.
• Loads the try-on. It adds the https://app.provei.ai/api/v2/snippet/ script with the account ID to the page.
• Reports errors. If the try-on fails to load, the console shows a line starting with [Provei] and the error message.

See the warnings

Open the product page with ?reverbs_debug=1 at the end of the URL, for example https://www.minhaloja.com.br/produto?reverbs_debug=1, and open the browser console. ?reverbs_debug=1 prints diagnostic messages to the console.

If the try-on doesn’t load:

• Check that the page has code from only one account. Remove codes from other accounts.
• Check that a blocker or the store’s security policy isn’t blocking https://app.provei.ai. See CSP and domains.
• Reload the page. If it keeps failing, contact support and send the product link and the text that showed in the console.

Content Security Policy

The loader is an inline script. If the store uses a Content Security Policy (CSP), the policy needs a nonce or a hash for it. See CSP and domains.

Note

If your Shopify store is connected to Provei through the app, the dashboard shows the script directly, without the loader. Use the code the Instalação screen shows.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the loader, or can I paste just the script?

Both work. The loader is the recommended option for furniture, flooring and walls because it checks the account ID and warns in the browser console if something goes wrong.

Does the loader work with the fashion or eyewear try-on?

No. It's only for the room try-on (furniture, flooring and walls). Fashion, eyewear and sizing use their own script.
