Compare sizes on the customer's photo
Comparar tamanhos (Compare sizes) recommends a size to the customer and, if they want, shows on a photo of them how that size fits. They can also compare two sizes side by side. In Resultados (Results), the feature shows up as Comparar com uma peça (Compare with a garment).
What the customer sees
Section titled “What the customer sees”- On the product page, the customer clicks the Comparar tamanhos link (or the text you set). If your store asks customers to identify themselves, they do that first.
- In Conte um pouco sobre você. (Tell us a bit about yourself.), they choose Feminino (Female) or Masculino (Male) and enter Altura (Height), Peso (Weight) and Idade (Age).
- In Qual tamanho você costuma usar? (What size do you usually wear?), they choose their usual size.
- In Como você prefere vestir? (How do you like your fit?), they choose Mais ajustado (Closer fit), Equilibrado (Balanced) or Mais solto (Looser fit).
- For more precision, they enter bust, waist and hips. If not, they click Deixar a IA recomendar (Let the AI recommend).
- They get the recommended size, with the reason under Por que este tamanho combina com você (Why this size suits you). They can add it to the bag right from there.
- To see the fit, they choose Ver (size) em mim (See it on me) or Comparar dois tamanhos (Compare two sizes) and upload a photo.
- They get the finished image and can download it, share it or view it full screen.
The customer’s photo can be JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB. The generated image is for illustration only: fit differences are emphasized to make the comparison easier.
If the customer has already used the feature in the same browser, the window asks Usar seus dados salvos? (Use your saved details?) so they don’t have to fill everything in again.
Credits
Section titled “Credits”- The text size recommendation doesn’t use credits.
- The photo preview uses credits. Comparar dois tamanhos uses more than seeing one size.
- If the preview doesn’t finish, its credits are returned.
- If the account is out of credits or has no active plan, the photo preview may be unavailable. Check the Créditos (Credits) card on the Início (Home) screen.

What the product needs
Section titled “What the product needs”- To be active in the catalog, with the correct Link do produto na loja (Product link in the store).
- A product photo. See Product photo requirements.
- A linked chart with sizes selected and measurements filled in. For Comparar dois tamanhos, at least two sizes.
- The Comparar tamanhos link must be turned on in Experiência na loja › Elementos › Medidas e tamanho (In-store experience › Elements › Measurements and size) and published. See Measurements and size in the store.
How it differs from Descubra seu tamanho
Section titled “How it differs from Descubra seu tamanho”Descubra seu tamanho (Find your size) recommends a size with a body illustration and doesn’t use a photo or credits. Comparar tamanhos also recommends a size, takes into account the size the customer usually wears and how they like their fit, and lets them see the result on a real photo of themselves.
Frequently asked questions
Does Comparar tamanhos use credits?
The text size recommendation doesn't. Seeing the fit on a photo, for one size or two, uses credits. Comparing two sizes uses more than seeing one.
Does the customer need to upload a photo?
Only if they want to see the fit. The size recommendation comes first and doesn't ask for a photo.
Are Comparar tamanhos and Comparar com uma peça the same thing?
Yes. In Experiência na loja (In-store experience) the link is called Comparar tamanhos (Compare sizes). In Resultados (Results), the feature shows up as Comparar com uma peça (Compare with a garment).
