Provei in ChatGPT: the Provei Size Finder app
Provei Size Finder is a ChatGPT app that recommends clothing sizes in a conversation. The customer shares their height, weight and age (and, if they know them, bust, waist and hips) and asks which size to buy.
What the app does
Section titled “What the app does”- Recommends a size for a product from your store. The customer pastes the product link. If your store has that product’s size chart in Provei, the app uses it and answers with the recommended size and how each size fits by body area.
- Recommends a size from any chart. The customer can paste the chart as text, send a screenshot or point to another store’s size chart page.
- Estimates body measurements. From gender, height, weight and age, the app estimates bust, waist and hips. These are estimates, not measurements.
The app covers clothing (tops, bottoms and dresses). It doesn’t recommend sizes for shoes, bra cups or accessories, and it’s meant for people 13 and older.
What your store needs
Section titled “What your store needs”For the app to recognize your products by their link, the product must be in the Provei catalog with a usable size chart, and size recommendation must be turned on for your account. The same charts that power Descubra seu tamanho (Find your size) are used in ChatGPT, so keeping them accurate improves both.

What your store gets
Section titled “What your store gets”- When a customer asks ChatGPT about one of your products that has a usable size chart, Provei may record a usage event on your account with the product, the garment category and whether a recommendation was made. The event doesn’t include body measurements or the recommended size.

Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Provei doesn’t receive the conversation, only what the assistant sends to calculate the answer. Body measurements are used only for the calculation and aren’t stored. The details are in the privacy policy for AI assistant apps.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything in my store for the app to work?
No. The app uses the size charts you already keep in Provei. Your products with a chart and with size recommendation turned on can be recognized by their link.
Does the app store my customers' measurements?
No. Measurements entered in the conversation are only used to calculate the answer and aren't stored. The details are in the apps privacy policy.
Can I see my customers' ChatGPT conversations?
No. Provei doesn't receive the conversation, only the data the assistant sends to calculate the size. Your store only gets the visit, if the customer opens the product link.
