Video Commerce: monthly usage
Video Commerce counts usage in video views per month, not in credits. The Uso do mês (Monthly usage) card, on the Video Commerce Início (Home) screen, shows how much you’ve used and when usage renews.
The Uso do mês card
Section titled “The Uso do mês card”In Video Commerce › Início, the Uso do mês card shows:
- The month’s percentage: how much of the month’s video views you’ve used, with a bar.
- Views used and the total: “… de … visualizações de vídeo. Renova em …” (… of … video views. Renews on …), with the date usage renews.
- Espaço para vídeos (Video storage): how much of the storage for your videos is used, as a percentage.
- Ver uso e plano (See usage and plan): opens Conta › Plano e créditos (Account › Plan and credits), which only the account owner sees. See Plan and credits.
If the card shows Indisponível agora (Unavailable right now), contact support.
When you reach the monthly limit
Section titled “When you reach the monthly limit”The card shows Limite atingido (Limit reached), and the videos are paused in your store:
- A notice at the top of the Video Commerce Início screen says Seus vídeos estão pausados na loja: limite do mês atingido. (Your videos are paused in your store: monthly limit reached.) and when they come back.
- The health card on the Início screen changes from Funcionando (Working) to Pausado na loja (Paused in the store): “Os clientes não veem os vídeos agora. Nada foi apagado: vitrines e vídeos estão guardados.” (Customers don’t see the videos right now. Nothing was deleted: showcases and videos are saved.)
Nothing is deleted. The videos come back on their own on the date usage renews, or sooner if you change plans. To raise the limit, the account owner can open Ver uso e plano or click Falar com a gente (Talk to us) on the notice. You can also contact support: suporte@provei.ai or WhatsApp +55 11 5296-0168.

Does Video Commerce use credits?

What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
The videos are paused in your store until usage renews, or until you change plans. Nothing is deleted. Videos and showcases stay saved and come back on their own.
