# Video Commerce: publish and check your store > See what saves right away and what needs Publicar in Video Commerce, how to check a showcase in your store before publishing and how long it takes. Showcase changes stay as a draft and only reach your store when you click **Publicar** (Publish). Before publishing, use **Conferir na minha loja** (Check in my store) to see whether the showcase finds its spot on a real page. The dashboard sums up the rule like this: “Vídeos e produtos salvam na hora. Mudanças nas vitrines só valem depois de publicar.” (Videos and products save right away. Tagged a product in a ready video? It shows on that product’s page within 1 minute. ## Check in my store **Conferir na minha loja** (Check in my store) is in the **Onde** (Where) step of **Nova vitrine** (New showcase) and in the editor’s **Onde** section. Provei opens a page of your store, without changing anything on it, and looks for the showcase’s spot. 1. Paste the address of a store page of the chosen type, for example a product page. 2. Click **Conferir na minha loja**. It takes a few seconds. 3. Read the result: - **Encontramos o lugar** (We found the spot): the showcase goes there, and the dashboard says how many videos it shows on that page. - **Não encontramos o lugar** (We didn’t find the spot): choose another spot, such as **Acima do rodapé** (Above the footer), or click **Ajustar no visual** (Adjust visually) and point to the spot on your page. - **Esta página não parece ser de produto** (This page doesn’t look like a product page), or category page: check with another page. 4. Changed something? Click **Conferir de novo** (Check again). If no video goes into the page you checked, tag products in the videos or pick videos by hand. See [Test a page](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/instalacao/#test-a-page). ## Publish When there are showcase changes, the **Publicar** (Publish) bar shows at the bottom of the screen, with the number of unpublished changes. 1. Review the changes. In the **Vitrines** (Showcases) list, each showcase shows whether it still needs publishing. 2. Click **Publicar** in the bar at the bottom of the screen. The button shows **Publicando…** (Publishing…). 3. Wait for the **Publicado. Pode levar 1 minuto para aparecer na loja.** (Published. It can take 1 minute to show in the store.) notice. 4. Open the page in your store, ideally in a private window, and see the showcase in place. After you publish, the bar shows **Tudo publicado** (All published) and how long ago the last publish was. A video that’s still processing doesn’t block publishing. It’s left out and joins on its own once it’s ready. The dashboard tells you, for example: **1 vídeo ainda está processando e entra sozinho quando ficar pronto.** (1 video is still processing and joins on its own once it’s ready.) ### Discard changes In the bar, **Descartar** (Discard) takes the showcases back to the last saved draft. First, the dashboard asks **Descartar as mudanças nas vitrines?** (Discard the showcase changes?) Videos and products don’t change, because they were already saved. ### Where each showcase stands In the **Vitrines** list, each one shows its status: - **Nova · ainda não publicada** (New · not published yet) or **Alterada · publique para valer** (Changed · publish to apply): it still needs publishing. - **Ativa** (Active) or **Pausada** (Paused): whether the showcase is on or off in your store. - **Vista na loja há…** (Seen in the store … ago): the showcase was shown to customers. **Ainda não vista na loja** (Not seen in the store yet) means nobody has seen it yet. - **Não apareceu em** (Didn’t show on) some pages: the showcase didn’t find its spot on them in the last 7 days. Click **Ajustar** (Adjust). - **Mudou em outra aba · revise** (Changed in another tab · review): someone changed the same showcase somewhere else. Review it before publishing. > **Note:** If two people edit showcases at the same time, the dashboard doesn’t publish over the other person’s work. It shows what changed and asks you to choose between keeping your version or discarding it. While a choice is pending, the bar says, for example, **1 vitrine mudou em outro lugar e precisa da sua escolha antes de publicar.** (1 showcase changed somewhere else and needs your choice before publishing.), with the **Resolver em Vitrines** (Resolve in Showcases) link. ## How long it takes | Change | When it shows in your store | | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Publishing a showcase | Up to 1 minute after **Publicar** (Publish) | | Uploading a video | It shows **Processando** (Processing) and turns **Pronto** (Ready) on its own. Reload your store page, ideally in a private window. ### Do I need to publish after uploading a video or tagging a product? No. Videos and products save right away. Only showcase changes need Publicar (Publish) to reach your store. But a video only shows in your store once a published showcase exists. ### Does Conferir na minha loja (Check in my store) change anything in my store? No. Provei opens a page of your store only to look for the showcase's spot.
