This feature is turned on by Provei. Contact support to turn it on. Once it’s on, the **Video Commerce** menu shows in the dashboard. See [Video Commerce](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/). ### Does Video Commerce use credits? Video Commerce usage is counted in video views, not in AI credits. You follow the month’s usage in the **Uso do mês** (Monthly usage) card. See [Monthly usage](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/uso-do-mes/). ### Do I need to install another code for the videos? No. The PROVEI.AI code, the same one the try-on uses, already loads Video Commerce. If your store will use only the videos, install that same code from the **Instalação** (Installation) screen. See [Installation and cart](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/instalacao/). ### Do I need the virtual try-on to use Video Commerce? No. Video Commerce works on its own. With no active try-on, the PROVEI.AI code loads only Video Commerce. See [Installation and cart](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/instalacao/). ## Videos ### What videos can I upload? MP4, MOV or WebM files up to 90 seconds and 250 MB. From your phone, the upload page lists MP4 and MOV. Vertical videos work best, like the ones you already post on Instagram. See [Upload videos](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/enviar-videos/). ### Do I need to log in on my phone to upload with the QR code? No. The QR code opens an upload page for your store that’s valid for 15 minutes. The videos show up in the dashboard on their own. Not yet. **Importar do Instagram** (Import from Instagram) shows in **Vídeos** (Videos) as **Em breve** (Coming soon). For now, upload the videos from your computer or your phone. See [Coming soon](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/#coming-soon). ### How many products can I tag in a video? Up to 12 products per video. Each product can have up to 30 videos. See [Videos on products](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/videos-nos-produtos/). ### My product isn’t in the Provei catalog. Can I still tag it? Yes. Paste the link to the product page in your store under **ou cole o link do produto** (or paste the product link) and click **Adicionar** (Add). The product shows as **Link colado** (Pasted link). No. The video leaves your store right away, without publishing. It can’t be undone, and the earlier numbers stay in **Resultados** (Results). See [Delete a video](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/enviar-videos/#delete-a-video). ## Showcases ### Can I have more than one showcase? Yes, up to 20. For example, a bubble on product pages and a carousel on the home page. Two bubbles can’t take the same corner on the same pages. No. An automatic showcase on **Todas as páginas de produto** (All product pages) shows, on each product, the videos tagged with it. To start, the **Bolha flutuante** (Floating bubble), marked **Recomendado** (Recommended), with automatic content on product pages. For the home page, a carousel or stories with chosen videos. See [Showcase formats](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/formatos/). ### Do I need a CSS selector to place the showcase? No. Pick one of the ready-made spots, such as **Abaixo do botão de comprar** (Below the buy button), and check it with **Conferir na minha loja** (Check in my store). The CSS selector lives under **Avançado** (Advanced), only for when the ready-made spot doesn’t work with your theme. No. Once paused, it leaves your store after you publish, but the showcase and the videos stay saved. Switch it back on and publish to bring it back. No. Videos and products save right away. Only showcase changes need **Publicar** (Publish) to reach your store. But a video only shows in your store once a published showcase exists. Use **Conferir na minha loja** (Check in my store) in the **Onde** (Where) step. Provei opens a page of your store without changing anything and says whether it found the spot and how many videos go in. Up to 1 minute after you click **Publicar** (Publish). The video must be **Pronto** (Ready): after the upload, it shows **Processando** (Processing) and turns **Pronto** on its own. The player adds to the cart when the customer is on the product’s own page, on a supported platform. On other pages, the product name takes them to its page, where they buy as usual. Check that you published, that the showcase is active, that the page is one of the chosen pages and that there are videos tagged with the page’s product. See [Troubleshooting](https://provei.ai/ajuda/en/video-commerce/solucao-de-problemas/). ## Results and usage ### Do the numbers count purchases made later, on the product page? **Adicionados ao carrinho** (Added to cart) counts only products added to the cart from the video player, confirmed by your store. Revenue comes from Google Analytics 4 and shows in your store’s **Resultados** (Results). The videos are paused in your store until usage renews, or until you change plans. Nothing is deleted.
